How it stays current
A knowledge graph about regulation is only trustworthy if it does not go stale quietly. This is the loop that keeps it current — not a promise, an architecture: five monitoring dimensions feed weekly agents, every proposal is reconciled against the graph, nothing merges without a human curator, every accepted change is written to a hash-chained changelog, and every affected member is told exactly what changed under them. Each stage below is a real link into the surface that proves it happened — this page is explanation and proof at once, never a diagram of an intention.
This loop runs continuously: five monitoring dimensions — regulation, interpretation, technology, vendors and system designs — are consolidated by the weekly walker agents, reconciled against the current knowledge graph, gated by a human curator, written to the hash-chained changelog, and then diffed against every member's saved cases so affected ones are flagged.
